Please forgive me!!!! I'm terrible at this!!! I'm looking into website options that will make things easier for me to keep up, so bear with me while I do this. I am still in business, despite my lack of posts on this website. I know I promised in my last post that I'd try to do better at keeping up with this, but I've obviously failed at that. I won't promise that I'll do better, but I will try. ;)      
Most of my sales come from craft shows and people I know personally, so maintaining my website while trying to raise my children and grow my business has come in last on my to-do list.
Since my last post...  pre-made invitations and announcements have sold out, and are available only by custom order.
                             ...  bath soap and scrub supplies have sold out, so that page has been removed.
                             ...  I am selling many individual cards at a steep discount, so check out my Facebook page for pictures.
                             ... Handmade Specialties, a local shop where I had inventory for many years, has closed. I need to update my Square store as well, so the best way to buy from me is to make an appointment to view my inventory, come out to a craft show, or check out my Facebook page.
             

Wow, it's been too long again! I am sorry that I've been a terrible website keeper-upper. I'll try to do better, I really will. But I won't make any promises, as my life is going to get busier very shortly.

So here's what's new....

I've started to set up an online store through Square! This is the link to view. Kristen's Kreations on Square
I'll be working on adding more items, but this is kind of a trial run just to see how it works.

I have decided to discontinue my invitation and birth announcement lines since they don't sell well. I'll still do custom work, but won't keep inventory. You can see pictures of what I have available, at a discount, on my Kristen's Kreations Facebook page.

And perhaps the biggest news, since it will take away more of my crafting time, is that I will be running a crafting consignment store! My friend Raeanne is moving to Florida, and has given me the opportunity to take over her business! I'm sad that she's moving, but so thankful to her for this opportunity. It's a really cute little crafting shop with an ice cream counter. Once I get the hang of things as far as the kids are concerned, it'll be a lot of fun. It'll also be a lot of work, but I think I'm up for the challenge. So if you're a crafter in the Northern IL area and you're interested in selling your work in a retail shop, let me know. Or if you're in the area and want to go shopping or have some ice cream, let me know about that too!

Wow! It's been over a year since I've posted on here.... oops. It's been a busy year, with a lot of ups and downs. I had a baby girl in July, my baby sister got married, I lost my dog in August, and my grandmother in November. I had some great craft shows with Kristen's Kreations, and some great shows for Scentsy and Velata as well. I'm hoping to get back into crafting a little more this year, and have made it a goal to find time to be creative at least once a week. So far, not doing very well on that end. :/   I'll try harder though, I promise. Here's one thing I have managed to create this year, I hope you like it.

Wow! I can't believe how fast this year has gone! It's already mid-October, and I've barely started preparing for the fall craft show season. Oops.  :o)
I'm terrible at adding updates to this website, but I'm going to try to get some new pictures posted, as well as list my upcoming craft fairs. I'll be venturing to some new areas this year, so don't miss out. As always, I look forward to seeing everyone!
